Clean Program Information
The Clean Program was developed by Dr. Alejandro Junger to help the body heal itself from a number of chronic illnesses and conditions. There are various eating plans depending on what your goals are. The Clean Cleanse is focused on removing toxins from the body. The Clean Gut is focuses on repairing and healing your gut.

Today is day 16 of doing the Clean Program Cleanse. I am feeling a bit better after feeling run down yesterday and having a sore throat.
